1. Reservations
‍Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email. Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation. We reserve the right to cancel reservations containing fraudulent or inaccurate information. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation unless otherwise required by Puerto Rico law.

‍2. Rates
‍Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Rates may include or exclude taxes and fees, which will be clearly disclosed during the booking process. Prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

‍3. Payment
‍A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Payment schedules, deposits, or pre-authorizations will be disclosed at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to authorize your payment method before arrival.

‍4. Cancellation and Modification
‍Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate. Applicable cancellation deadlines and any fees will be communicated during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation. Failure to arrive without prior cancellation may result in a charge equivalent to the first night's stay or as otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

‍5. Check-In and Check-Out
‍Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.

‍6. Occupancy
‍Maximum occupancy limits apply to each room type. The hotel is strictly an adults-only property. All registered guests and visitors must be at least 21 years of age. Only registered guests may occupy guest rooms unless otherwise authorized. The hotel reserves the right to refuse occupancy exceeding room capacity.

‍7. Guest Conduct
‍Guests agree to respect other guests, hotel employees, and hotel property. The following are prohibited:
Illegal activities
Parties, loud music
Excessive noise: quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; please keep noise levels low.
Smoking in non-smoking areas
Damage to hotel property
Harassment or abusive behavior

Violation of these policies may result in immediate removal without refund.

‍8. Property Damage
‍Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning costs may be charged to the payment method on file.

‍9. Pets
‍Pets are not allowed. Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.

‍10. Smoking Policy
‍Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all designated non-smoking areas. Violations may result in cleaning or restoration charges.

‍11. Parking
‍Secure parking with in-and-out privileges is available for $25 per night and is located approximately a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Guests who prepay for parking before arrival can enjoy a discounted rate of $20 per night. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to reserve your parking space, as availability is limited.

‍12. Personal Property
‍Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage except as required by applicable law.

‍13. Force Majeure
‍The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, hurricanes, governmental actions, public health emergencies, utility interruptions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

‍14. Website Use
‍Website content is provided for informational purposes only. Users may not:
Attempt unauthorized access
Introduce malicious software
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
Interfere with website operation

‍15. Intellectual Property
‍All trademarks, photographs, logos, branding, website content, and materials are owned by or licensed to the hotel and may not be reproduced without written permission.

‍16. Limitation of Liability
‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, the hotel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a hotel stay. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

‍17. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Puerto Rico unless otherwise required by law.

‍18. Changes
‍We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on this website.
